I. Service Overview

Our App is an application software dedicated to document viewing, editing, and conversion, providing users with convenient and efficient functions for viewing PDF, WORD, EXCEL, and PPT files. It also supports editing operations on PDF files and format conversion between various document types (such as Image, Word, Excel, PPT to PDF), meeting users' needs for handling various office documents on mobile devices.

II. Qualifications and Responsibilities

  1. Eligibility: This software is for individuals at least 13 years old with the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
  2. Lawful Use: You must ensure your actions are legal and compliant. You shall not use the App for any illegal, infringing, or destructive activities.
  3. License Restrictions: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the software is strictly prohibited.

III. Intellectual Property (Priority)

App Ownership: All rights to the App, including source code, UI design, icons, algorithms, and branding, are owned by our development team.

User Content: You retain ownership of the files you process. You represent that your content does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual property.

IV. File Processing at Your Own Risk (Critical Disclaimer)

  1. Technical Notice: The software is provided "AS IS." Due to document complexity and device limitations, errors, data loss, or file corruption may occur during conversion or editing.
  2. Assumption of Risk: YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE APP FOR FILE PROCESSING IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
  3. Backup Obligation: We are not liable for any damages resulting from file processing failure. You are strongly advised to back up original files before performing any operations.

V. Privacy and Data Security

  1. Local Processing: All document conversions and edits are performed locally on your device. We do not upload your document content.
  2. Anonymous Logs: We collect only anonymous crash logs via Firebase for system optimization.
  3. Third-Party Ads: This App includes ads via AdMob, which follow their own privacy policies.

VI. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
