We adhere to the principle of "Data Minimization." We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses.

  1. Device Information: When you use our App, we may collect device information such as device model, OS version, unique device identifier, etc. This helps us optimize performance and ensure compatibility across different devices.
  2. Log Information: To analyze App usage and improve user experience, we collect anonymous crash logs and performance data (including operation records and usage time) through Google Firebase. This information cannot identify you personally.

(2) Document-related Information

  1. File Metadata: When you view or edit documents, the App may read metadata (such as file names, creation times, and modification times) solely to identify and manage the documents handled locally.
  2. Local Processing Records: All editing operations (e.g., annotations, painting, signatures, text edits, merging, splitting) are performed locally. We NEVER read, store, or upload the actual content of your documents.

III. Permissions Usage

To provide core functions, we require the following permissions:

  1. All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to read, edit, and save local PDF and office documents.
  2. Camera: Required for the "Scan to PDF" feature.
  3. Storage: For basic local file read/write operations.
  4. Notifications: To send processing status or App updates.
  5. Foreground Service: To ensure file processing or printing tasks are not interrupted by the system.
  6. Default Reader: You may voluntarily authorize the App as your default tool for viewing PDF files.

IV. Information Usage

  1. Provide Services: Collected information is used mainly to provide core features like document viewing, editing, conversion, and printing.
  2. Improve Product: We analyze anonymous logs to understand user preferences, fix bugs, add new features, and optimize performance.
  3. Safety Assurance: To identify abnormal behaviors and prevent malicious attacks, ensuring the security of the App.

V. Information Storage

  1. Storage Location: We do not operate cloud servers. All your documents and processed results are stored locally on your device.
  2. Storage Period: Anonymous crash logs are retained by Firebase for the shortest period necessary. You can delete local caches on your device at any time by uninstalling the App.

VI. Information Sharing

  1. Third-party Service Providers: This App integrates Google AdMob (for ads) and Google Firebase (for analytics). These third parties may collect anonymous device identifiers according to their own privacy policies.
  2. Legal Requirements: We may disclose necessary information only if required by laws, regulations, or government/judicial authorities (though we only collect anonymous data).

VII. User Rights

  1. Withdraw Authorization: You can withdraw permissions (e.g., Camera, Storage) at any time via your device's system settings.
  2. Deletion: Uninstalling the App will delete all local data generated by the App on your device.

VIII. Information Security

We have adopted various security measures (including local encryption, access control, and security audits). Since we do not store your files on servers, your document security primarily depends on the protection of your own device. Please note that no transmission or storage is absolutely secure; use sharing features in a secure network environment.

IX. Protection of Minors

Our App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If we find that a minor has provided information without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
